About Us

Crown Bedrooms was established in 1973 and has been producing bespoke fitted bedrooms and bespoke fitted home offices for clients in Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire to the same high standard ever since. Crown Bedrooms is completely independent and only produces furniture which is installed by Crown Bedrooms. You will not find our product or designs elsewhere.

Crown Bedrooms was named due to its proximity to 'Crown Point', the centre of Denton to the east of Manchester. Despite substantial growth over the years and the need to re-locate, the Crown Bedrooms factory showroom is now no further than half a mile from its original location, currently displaying over 2000sq.ft. of fitted bedrooms and home offices. In January 2009 Crown Bedrooms opened their second fitted bedroom showroom in Macclesfield, Cheshire. This showroom also displays over 2000sq.ft. of full size fitted bedrooms and home offices and is conveniently located just along from Macclesfield train station. Crown Bedrooms is a true family company. Founded by David Youel, after completing apprenticeships in joinery and a career in shop fitting, Crown Bedrooms is still run by David along with his son James and daughter Joanne. Excellent 'old fashioned' customer service is one of the reasons they continue to thrive and over many years have developed an enviable reputation which can be seen by the high volume of repeat business and recommendations of which they are very proud.
