Crown Bedrooms was established in 1973 and was named due to its proximity to ‘Crown Point’, the centre of Denton to the east of Manchester. Despite substantial growth over the years and the need to re-locate, the Crown Bedrooms factory showroom is now no further than half a mile from its original location!

Founded by David Youel, after completing apprenticeships in joinery and a career in shop fitting, Crown Bedrooms is still run by David along with his son James and daughter Joanne.

With extra investment in bigger and higher quality machinery, the factory showroom in Denton now boasts over 2000sq. ft. of displays where you can also watch the furniture being made. In January 2009 we opened our second showroom in Macclesfield, making it easier for customers all over Cheshire to visit us.

Crown Bedrooms primarily serve the private homeowner (and selected trade customers) and over many years have developed an enviable reputation which can be seen by the high volume of repeat business and recommendations of which they are very proud.

Crown Bedrooms primarily serves the north-west, particularly Tameside, Manchester, Stockport, Macclesfield, Cheshire and the surrounding areas. However many satisfied customers who have moved away from the area have expanded our business geographically. We have now installed furniture from Anglesey to Hull and the Lake District to London!
